Looking like a tourist

I had no intention of leaving the house looking like a tourist or Scott Disick, but it seems to have happened anyway! As you all know from reading my previous posts (Top 5 Denim): I love my jeans. However, for summer with the warmer weather, I've entered new territory and started to rock trousers. These great value ASOS Cropped Trousers are super versatile, and can easily be dressed up or down. For this look, I dressed them down for a warm day, and as you can see I've paired them with some of my summer essentials...
Cropped trousers are easy for slipping on a low top shoe without socks in the summer which is a great laid back look. If I were to be dressing up the trousers I would be rocking a smart loafer or driving shoe, but as I've gone casual I've paired them with a beautiful pool blue New Balance 998 that I had been hunting down forever!!! The sporty sharp silhouette and the beautiful buttery suede make these a great summer trainer, whilst being completely Made in the USA it was only right that I went with the tourist look and rocked my Yankees cap. On my top half I am wearing an 100% raw slub 'tussah' silk, Our Legacy t-shirt. This off-white / 'Ecru' tee has a really light subtle texture, making it perfectly lightweight for the summer season. With a slight 90's inspired boxy fit, this tee wont be clinging to you whilst still looking sharp and tailored. The Classic Reiss Harrington jacket (similar) is perfect summer outerwear, It is light and ideal for when it gets slightly cooler in the evening's. To finish the outfit I'm wearing my staple watch: the Breitling Superocean and my new everyday Céline's.

Let me know how you guys rock trousers and what you think of this look,

Jude.
